Trosoft contains Fosfomycin Trometamol, a broad-spectrum antibiotic used for the single-dose oral treatment of uncomplicated urinary tract infections (UTIs). It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, offering fast, effective action against common uropathogens like E. coli, including multidrug-resistant strains.
