Etamcylate and Tranexamic Acid Tablets

Et-Spas is a combination of Etamsylate, a capillary stabilizer, and Tranexamic Acid, an antifibrinolytic agent. It belongs to a class of Antispasmodic drugs.  Together, they help control excessive bleeding by promoting blood clot stability and reducing blood loss in conditions like menorrhagia, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and surgical bleeding.

Indications and Uses:

• Heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)
• Abdominal pain
• Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB)
• Post-operative bleeding
• Hemorrhage due to capillary fragility
• Adjunctive treatment in dental or minor surgical procedures
